I didn't actually get the idea from Wikipedia. I heard of the song years ago and it was the first idea that popped into my head when I thought of "B.O.B."

There is lol. That's where he got it. Somebody gave a link for Acronyms for B.O.B from Wikipedia which included these, including Bombs over Baghdad

I believe there is also an Outkast track with the same name "B.O.B.(Bombs Over Baghdad)". I'm guessing that may have also been a source of reference? Either way, this looks great. I like Cheney's cocky smirk, very spot on. Great effin' job!
