Wow, he looks mean. I see your point about stylizing it, but in some way it kind of lost the essence of "stewie", I suppose it could be possible to add a tad more childness in it?

I was going for a stylised look here actually. Not a carbon copy of Stewie. But I do thank you all for the input.

Correct me if I'm wrong here. But Stewie's head is very narrow, almost footballish. Right?
