Yeah, that's kind of what I was getting at, but I didn't want to seem like a jerk, accusing a first timer as a scammer, already.

Outline does look suspiciously auto AAed.
Dither and colour selection  bears all the hallmarks of bad auto colour reduction.

I'd try taking away the strange white AA surrounding the dark outline of the creature, as it clashes with other themes on this website, that don't incorporate a white background. I'd also try using the darkest color you got( I think it's that darker reddish brown hue) as the new outline. Still looks cute as a button, though.
