This was originally for the Cyberpunk contest, however, I started doing a collab with Womped, then my internet broke and we never finished our collab piece. This piece itself isn't complete in terms of what I was going to do for the contest, but it's sufficiently "finished" that I think it's worth adding

I think the marjority of those 21 colors come from those clouds. But it's somewhat plain relaly, just basically a dark alleyway. I'm not sure if you can really call it a "Cyberpunk Screen"
Thanks for the comments. @Broli: The only reason 21 colours is because I drew the palette on the top left. I don't think I used them all.
Originally there was going to be a man standing in the middle of the street, looking down to the tower block, maybe one day I'll add it... but at the minute, it's low priority
It looks good, but you should do something about the foreground like the street. It just looks plain. The background like the buildings and the clouds look good, especially the clouds. 21 colors for this sort of seems like that's too many colors in my opinion. But overall it's a nice piece.
