Bluntly put, I don't find there to be much substance to this piece.
Even if it were an exercise in perspective, the perspective chosen is not particularly interesting. And the perspective you chose doesn't bring out many of the elements in the piece, in fact it works to their detriment - with many of the elements losing readability/recognizability. (But... I'm not an art student, and that's just my opinion on the matter.)
