I decided to give this peice a mixed look, with a bit of blotching and paches along with some finer detail.

Nice placement of the different things, but it definitely needs more shading and texture. Good luck and I hope you can improve it.

This is lacking a bit of refinement at the moment, but the tree texture looks interesting and I think you can go further with this at a closer pixel level

This isn't really good application of style, just bad usage of much technical skill. It looks sloppy, and blobby, rather than blothchy. The outlines are jaggy and the detail looks to be strewn in here and there and looks random when applied. The saturation is too high, and the lightsource is indeterminable.

I generally has a very cartoony feel, but the tree looks more like it was painted. I only really like this becausemof the tree though...
