I'm aware of that, but your person doesn't look like a person. You can shrink down the anatomy. Look at any of the best pixel artists here and look at there small sprites. You can make a ton of details in very little space. Just try it. Don't say its not possible before you try it.

I dont know about you, but I've never seen anyone that color. Also, I recomend that you look up soem pictures of anatomy and study those a little then post this again.
