Pichu from Pokemon, DP style. He started as a Pokemon Gold revamp, but he's completely scratch now. Colours right from DP sprite. Pichu is owned by Nintendo, Pokemon, Game Freak, etc.

it is unneeded. but after looking at the official sprite, i see the dudes at gamefreak made the same thing.

but they did other weird stuff to the outlines and the shading of the ears... they really made the official sprite weirdly.
