The skin is nicely done. But the rest needs a lot of
attention. The BackGround is bothering me the most.

Its good but the colors aren't very interesting. Try picking some weird colors next time. I like to fade everything slightly green. like 20-30% green.

See how it all has an interesting tint?

The top was a brown and the bottom was a grey. Try expirimenting with this a little bit.
