Decided to try out the Amstrad pallete with wide pixels for the weekly challenge. Mode 0 160 x 200. I did my best to check that the pixels are wide and in line (I apologize for any mistakes found..)
Just read the rules and didn't notice the size limit !!!! There isn't an enemy either (unless you count the objects)
It's now 2am (work in 6 hours so I can't fix it...) Nevermind....it was a good learning experience anyway

I did my CPC stuff using Pro Motion with a 1x2 brush and the grid mode set on :P Feels just like pixelling on the CPC itself pretty much. I loaded up the old CPC paint program G-Paint on my PSP this morning too. If I do anything decent (I started pixelling the view I had while I was sat in the meadow a few miles from my place) I'll do a screenshot and upload it probably.
I found working in wide pixel quite a challenge even for something as simple as this - having to make sure that your not a pixel short or over. I did enjoy this and will probably try a more complex piece next time.
I don't post here much now but someone linked me this and I have to fave it just for it being a CPC related piece. Not a fan of the katamari games at all (find them incredibly boring to be honest) but this is a lovely retro piece.

Good to see other CPC guys here...
