but it comes out quite a bit no denying.  Most girls are pretty straight across that area when they stand legs akimbo (legs together things get pushed around a bit which of course changes shapes.....silly humans and their squishiness....why do cartoons love robots? because they are EASY.....). 

Even if there is a shape there (as some girls have), it still in my mind would be about a pixel and a half less.

About the goofy face, I got rid of it an replaced it with a smaller sized, full bodied version. Regarding the private region comment. Its not infected or inflamed it's just her backside, but If its really that bothersome I'll go an fix it for ya.

Yes, I'd follow Adarias's advice, as it's still jaggy. I know you've been hard at work on this one, with plenty revisions done on the PJ forums. I still think the big face behind her looks kinda' goofy, and doesn't fit in with the rest of the piece. However, my biggest issue with it, is the two darkest hues in the piece, overpower the other colors in the palette, making some parts stand out more than they should, and other parts soft, causing a harsh contrast to each other. I'd suggest reworking the palette a bit, so all the colors or values aren't so far apart from each other.
   And her "vag" isn't swollen to me. I just think solid drew her butt cheeks behind the crotch, as some women are shaped this way, though it always looks weird to me as well.
   Though the anatomy isn't perfect, I'm guessing you weren't trying to go for realist point of view, anyhow. So in that respect, it's fine. Other than the long body parts, I still like the design. Reminds me of Morrigan Aensland from the Dark Stalkers games and series. The Skulls and her face also look great. Hope to see more on this...

the head seems a little squashed on the left her right to me, but i do like this piece.

Your next task is to read up on AA and mixed ramps and use them to smooth out your pieces, which are pretty but JaGgEd

Oh and im a little thrown by her downstairs.  It's a bit swolen and she shape doesn't suggest "armor"
