I combined the words Fire and Blood (probably obvious)... but the picture itself may need explaining.

The smoke has pictures of people doing violent acts, such as the Reign of Terror (in France), World War II, and others.

And yes, the fire has a pulse in it. It's to show that although the human can be a noble creature, it is a very evil one as well.
