I'm only a user of gnomz.com, i don't own it. So i used the base template of the website. The site belongs to a guy named trelkax. The site is based on the participation of its members, so i made some avatars for this website, but I'm not working for them, and i don't earn any money from them.
As for your question : I don't think Trelkax made an edit of the template of sedgemonkey. I checked. Not the same size, not the same colors. The base template is here : http://www.gnomz.com/images/persos/persoscrees/avatar.gif
As for me, I used the base template of gnomz, and did not edit sedgemonkey's work, you can check, if you don't belive me. I am only aware of his work, since I searched for Xmen pixelart on this website and found his.
problem is that you're using Sedgemonkey's template(if we can call it that way) for comercial uses. I don't believe that you ever asked him first about using his images as a template for 'comercial' work. because you can deny that they are an edit of sedgemonkey's work.
This is not a rip or edit of sedgemonkey's pixels, this was made for the website www.gnomz.com, so I used the size required for the website. Can you explain what is baked ? I am French and don't understand this word. Thanks.
