if you wanna save time or simply don't have the skills to do a scene, just do the silhouettes.. an overused old trick that has - if at all - only worked if the remaining parts had something to admire, but all we have here is an ugly copy and pasted wall texture =/

Is it a library? You should make the racks more visible and put more perspective on the books.

yeah i kinda wanted it like a dark library, with the light shining in from an open door.

Black silhouettes imply the light is behind the object. same with the shadow form the chair.

my other picture I uploaded also recommended to use anti-aliasing.
Been looking at some tutorials, so my next drawing I do I will use it for sure.

Oh and I was trying to make it like the light was coming from the door somehow, but I see how it's kinda confusing. I will deffinatly keep a better eye on how I use shading in my next pixel =)

the lighting doesnt really make sense, it's coming from the books? and the dithering on the floor could be smoother. text could use some anti-aliasing as well.

but overall, pretty good shading style.
