Neat design! I don't understand why you dithered the sides of the skull as you did, gives an unwanted texture imo. There's also a little bit of banding going on on the left and right 'teeth'. You shouldn't need to AA the 45 degree angles either, it makes the line look furry, especially against the very sharp edged 90 degree lines. I think you may have overdone the nose and teeth, but really not bad stuff.
