LOVE the font rendering. The hi-light really makes it feel 3d.
Those limits aren't easy to deal with but you've pulled off a great job.

The overall darkness creates a nice peaceful mood. I like the colors on the moon and how it is reflected in the water. The buildings(if I read that rigt) in the city in the lower left look a little flat and the moon could be a bit more round on the sides.
