my little contribution to this week's albumcover-challenge; 'so und so' by german band 'wir sind helden' - the original cover just screams for an iso-remake.. my first iso so far, tried to keep in simple and stylish (i'm not the kind of geek that starts with detailed castles =) more difficult than i expected, i've learned that i like making topdowns better than isos.. respects to jalonso and the others, i now know why you are how you are, isos are no fun =) reference: see above tools: grafx2

Love the little details strewn all over. And I actually prefer iso buildings from the top-down ones.

Somehow when I saw the preview I thought it was yours and I was right. :S Nice remake of the original cover. I think it looks good as an isometric and the colors are pretty nice as well.

This is just awesome. Simplistic looking, perhaps but its very obvious you know how to control pixels.
I zoomed in and know exactly which individual pixels where the most difficult to decide on, lol.
Just be glad you didn't try to stick to a grid.
