Garge: the background is a hand made gradient with a layered covering of the pixel tiles and then another layer of the "PB" and then another layer of the shine and shading and then another layer of the animated shine.

Thats awsome. I love the shine. The background is pretty sweet to. Did you use layering for teh background?
