I plan on making a 2D sky scene or something with this. Something about it doesn't seem right (to be more specific, the section on the far right), but I'm not sure how I can go about fixing it.

This is a little rough for me (on a darker theme (as was mentioned)) ... did you use reference? That's the only way I can make clouds ... I need reference material :)
