I like it. It's a good start for any person doing pixel art. Maybe work on the water to make it look more smooth and real.

Pretty good for a newbie (meant in a postitive way!) but get rid of the NPA (non-pixel art) text in the preview picture.

This is pretty neat! I just think you should work a little more on the water, it doesn't look as smooth as the rest. You can notice it's just a couple frames shaking. But good job! The lamp post was a nice touch :P
