I really like the basic mood of this picture, but I think the background could improve if the lighting situation was a bit more clear.

is it a light at the end of the tunnel kind of thing as in

Or is it a matter of the plants being translucent and creating rings of light as in:

I like how the bottom plants really look 3D because of the lighting, too bad you scaled and re-used them on the background :(

This looks neat, however it looks unfinished, you should give this background more polish and fix up the lighting to create more depth.
