A 101st trooper on long range patrol having a cup of coffee during  a serene moment one early morning in the german alps.  The Icon is supposed to capture an unusual moment during warfare.  One not of boredom, tiresome physical activity, or conflict, but that rare moment when a soldier looks up and realizes that despite his hardship, the world is still tied to its ageless processes and beauty.  But he still has a  duty to perform.  

OK, corny description aside, this is a little busy for my taste, especially for an icon.  If you can't tell, the dude it sitting with his arm propped up on his leg.  He's holding a steaming cup of coffee in one hand and a scoped Springfield 30-.06 resting against his other leg.  The sun has just risen through the mountains into the clouds.
