Strange little design for a game im pixeling. Might get some software and learn how to program a simple shooty game. Similar to RaidenX and the suchlike.

Overuse of colors, I think. 6 shades of blue is a bit overkill for such a small piece.
Might look better without the black outline as well.

But overall a good design. Nice!
