You're pretty good at this whole animation thing, eh? The only fault I see is there is a lump in the hat at eh very top that seems to jump back and forth. Also, the two pigtails look the same front either the front or back. Good stuff though! edit: Seems like you fixed it, or I was crazy when I wrote that.
