This is my first proper pixel art, so please criticise on how to make it better! This is a picture of a soldier from Team Fortress 2 for those who are not connected to the online FPS community (one of the best games ever made!). The colour palette is not balanced... For example your lightest shade of red is far closer to the middle shade than the darker shade is to the middle one. You just need to tweak some colours and it will look good :)
