This is my Darth Vader animation, it looks much better at a faster frame rate, but my program won't let me save it at the correct speed, there's 99 frames I think, something like that. I made a few tweeks.

The character was good enough -- could have been improved in some areas as other people mentioned, but I also think the animation is very smooth and well-done.
very smooth I like it! I think his lightsaber looks shorter at first though and seems to grow when he uses it. also the movement of the cloak is unrealistic.
