tried to smooth it out some more but i don't know if it the outline looks better.

I like the outline, makes it look Yoshi's Island-ish. :) The AA around it is just as bright as the background and not working as AA at the moment though :o

Edit: tried to make him more wide.

Jim16: I like the black line because if he did have it there really wouldn't be a very good outline. (get what I am saying)
