Too much 50% dithering and noise everywhere especially on his sash. If you eliminated the areas of shade dithering with an area of a buffer shade on the face, the forms would be really attractive, looking like an ikke piece.

This has the same problem as last time, Photoshop counts 19 colours instead of 16. You have 3 stray pixels!
