It's not a case of your too younge to be on the internet. It's a case of this forum in it's join rules (which you agreed too) states that you have atleast 13 years of age. This is simply because the site will swear and have non kiddy safe images at times.
Penis? Bad word? There isn't anything wrong with the word penis. Even at 11, it's just another part of the human anatomy, the fact it's also a sexual organ doesn't make it any worse. : \
Also Skamo is a site mod, he's the person you'd be reported too.
The grey dithering you've done around it really detracts from the peice and just makes it look like you saved it as a jpg. You'd be better to use that grey for aa. : )
