Absurd edit of me earlier Arceus piece. Iwasn't satisfied with that one, and wanted to give Arceus justice so I basically redrew it over a few times. Tried to make him less of my own vision and more true to pokemon and realistic. He's walking in the hall of origin. There's also and easter egg.

Not sure what you mean, by acidic. I guess too bubbly/trippy. Tell you the truth, I'm not used to drawing clouds, but I think it works nicely here, adds atmos without detracting from the main focus. Btw yeah, that's Ho-Oh in the back, my two favorite legendaries. Thanks for the comments.
