Here it is, a map I did with my tileset.

In the first version there was a 50% trasparent layer for the shadow, we discussed it on the forum and they rightly suggested me to do it by hand, and so I did :)

The bag matter: In this game there are a lot of races. From gigantic lizard-humanoid to little fish-man. Dont' know if you can see this, but the guy standing here have a lizard tail, but he is more human than other. This will explain the bag dimension. There are even houses where you can not enter because of the size (thank you, rpgmaker xp, for support different characterset dimensions :)) Obiviously the bag is not propriety of the main character. It contains instructions to start the game and take familiarity with different keys.

 Late comment, but I love this piece! Although I am not sure why there is a messenger bag on the side of a mountain!

Nice. You've definetely got your unique style. I can see some border tiles (forming the walls in upper center) that doesn't fit well. They've got straight edges and no outline at all, and that kinda pops out if one compare them to tiles on the right..

Strange maybe, but I really like the bag, hanging off the rocks...seems like maybe it [and the cactus] could use some outlines ala the character to separate it from the background a bit better?

@Death-Auron: yeah, good ol' days :) with a great tool. This is a game I started working on. But maybe it will never ends, like all the other ones XD
@Arcan: I totally agree with you. I'm not a great mapper, if not a bad one :( Thank you for the advices, it's what I need the most.
@TMH: same as Arcan :)
@Hiraga: Naaa, you can be more good at it than me. Just look on the criticism I received XD We have to learn from this.

Horrible mapping and the walls look a little flat. Overall its pretty good and I definitely love that sand texture. I just don't think you used enough dark colors on the walls.

really nice! i remember that i tried to pixel some tilesets when i used rpgmaker and i sucked at it, but this looks really nice and fitting for the character. i dont know why it reminds me of final fantasy tactics and the character reminds me an ol caracter of mine! :P. i feel nostalgic for those rpgmakers days u.u

I think that it would look even better with a lil more vegetation, maybe some kindof desert flowers (or whatever comes to ur mind). The title there fits really good aswell. (sry for my english) u r making a game or this was just for fun?

As I said in the forum too: This is amazing! Not only the tiles are very nice, you have made a great composition of it where the player is very.. hmm how do I say that... Anyways, your eyes are pulled to the character, and the scene fits great with the logo!
