My first piece submited here at pixeljoint. Epic, eh?

Walking animation for a simple sprite that's gonna be used in a rather niffty game project I just recently joined. I think i turned pretty ok at least.

C&C are very much appreciated, thanks for dropping by!

[EDIT]

Ok, I've updated and (hopefully) slowed it down a bit.

MdNight17: Yeah, I'll slow it down a notch or two, no worries. About the face, you're right. I'll fix that in no time, thanks for pointing that out.

Very smooth animation, I would slow down a notch though. Also the face doesn't match the perspective of the body might want to fix that

Mullet: Tell me about it. I'm doing the back view of this one now, and I'm going crazy. But all practice is good practice. Thanks for the comment.

Noet: Ah, tack för att du påpekade det. Har stirrat mig blind på den här krabbaten så jag ser inte längre vad som är rätt eller fel ^^ Tack så mycket.

that's pretty awesome.  I have trouble with iso people at all, let alone animating. Great work.

ganska bra, reagerar dock på hur vänster armen är kortare.

Rooster: Thanks for the kind words. My first iso animation on top of it all. I'm still in the learning process ^^

Lollige: Yay, score!

chelle: You know, you're probably right. I'll slow it down even more before it ends up in the game.

Thanks for all the comments guys, they're really helpfull. I appreciate it a lot.

Hmm he still looks more like running instead of walking. But this is smooth animation :)

There, updated and done. Any better?

I can't recall the name of the program (I'm in school at the moment) but I could and did set the speed myself. I did a couple of them, experimenting my way forward, but they all looked the same to me. So I just uploaded one at random. I think that  the one I chose must have been the "0,01 frames per second"-one, so that must be the problem.

Thanks for helping me out, you learn something new everyday. I'll update when I get home.

When you did not set a speed yourself, it depends on the browser.
My browser is able to show this at full speed, yours is probably not. I have a table about those browser speeds if you want.
Anyway, with what program did you animate this? In general animation programs are capable of displaying every speed!

You're the second one to point that out. I don't know, it ain't THAT fast when I look at it at my computer, but that might be some kind of bug? Not sure.

I'll slow it down and update, and we'll see what happends. Many thanks for posting and pointing it out, I really appreciate it!

Why so extremely fast? I guess it would look ok slowed down, but this is really extremely shaky now because of its speed!
