@hey : If I were creating some sort of scene or privy to spending another hour or so ramping all my palettes and finding a colour that would still look like a juicy and non rotting brain, I would have perhaps done the brain in a tone less 'warm' to match the rest of the image.  However, this was based off of an avatar on Menewsha.com where each piece of clothing, each item is pixelled individually. There is no overall colour tone to the avatars created unless the user chooses to use items with similar palettes. IE if I equip a red shirt with black pants on site they will look as though from seperate pieces. Here take a look, it's my avatar with some red boots xD

and when i said i didnt understand it was mostly b/c you mentioned the brain didnt use the same colours. I thought you were reffering to Hex codes, but i did ramp a colour over from the doll to the brain so i didnt understand what you were saying was missing/wrong haha

So i do agree with what you're saying, but there was a reason behind the brain not specifically matching

I like it, the brain is sweet, but for some reason I just dislike the whole eyes, I like the depth of the hat, pretty cool overall

I'm honestly not sure how you would consolidate that, it's just how it appears to me.

The blue eyes are the focal point of the image and the cool tones fit with the rest of the colours so definatly no.

You didn't understand? Well i'll try to explain better. The rest of the image (other then the brain) shares pretty much the same colours, cool, heavily desaturated and quite washed out. The brain on the other hand has really warm, saturated colours that make it to my eyes not seem to fit with the rest of the peice. The brain itself is excelent and the doll is good too, but togeather they just don't "fit" so to speak. As if they're from two differant peices. It doesn't cometogeather as one whole picture. If that makes sence. : )

So where would you suggest i use colours that are in the brain? The brain does use colours from other parts of the piece there just isnt any pink/red anywhere else. Hell there isnt blue anywhere else either, would you want me to change the eyes as well? I dont understand your comment ^^; lol

The brain really stands out because it doesn't share colours with anything else. It almost seems like another peice entirly within the main one and i'm not sure that works. I like the joker hat though. : )
