About the credit for the Show-Kaizer, i said the name of the template, I need not mention his name since he is in the name of the template.

You'll need to credit Show-Kaizer for the template that you used. The shoes are flat, the pants are also very flat and lack shading, like the shoes which are just a solid colour. The hair looks very weird and looks more like a wig then anything. The Jacket is ok but could use some shading around the arms so it doesn't look like his arms are sticking out.
The shirt and the shoes are out of perspective, the hair looks like concrete with yarn and the colors are awful .
Put some effort into this.
