Angels have no sex in the sense as we understand it. They never procreated and they never marry (Mat 22:30). They are spirit beings and thus have no physical body (1 Corinthians 15:44). However, that being said, they did, in Bible times, appear to men and women on the earth, and always appeared as men, and are always referred to with the masculine pronoun (with one possible exception being Zechariah 5:9).
"how are men made in His image" ? God is invisible, so his image is 'soul/spirit. We create- paint, write music, build magnificent buildings, and appreciate beauty, etc. It is our soul, not physical.
Then again we're talking about Horus here...

Not trying to be an asshole here (just genuinely interested) but are these claims about angles from some fictional work eg. comic or movie, or do you have some actual source? I know it is popular for angles to be sexless in movies, but I'm not sure it is ever stated in any theological texts. I know it is much to ask for on a pixel art site

But yes horus was a god, I wasn't too sure about gods but I do know to the christians and catholics their angels don't have penzors.
Yes, that's right, Horus does have genitals in his normal form in the comic book, like the others gods.
I added a "reference" pic (thanks for the advice) and i'll probably change the image later, because, as you said, it would be more interesting to do something more like the original Horus from Enki Bilal.
This is based off an Enki Bilal comic ("Immortel", as R76 specified). Horus possesses a man at one point (I don't know if this Horus is the man being possessed in question) so he gains some man attributes. And if I remember correctly, Horus does have genitals in his normal form anyway.
Angels are all referred to as male(ish?), so they would have penors. But since there are no female angles I can accept the thought of them having none.
But as for gods... That word covers a LOT. And I'm pretty sure many gods have been thought of as having reproductive organs. The phallos have been worshipped as long as religion have existed, even to this day in some way.
And don't forget: God created man in his image. Therefore, God has reproductive organs.

Ce serait intéressant que ça soit un peu comme le style de Bilal (les drôles de traces de fumée, les textures...). Je comprend que ça soit ton interprétation du personnage, mais ça pourrait apparaître comme une excuse. Je suis sûr que tu puisses faire un meilleur rendu du plumage et du bec. L'aspect terne de la peau rappelle quand même Bilal, donc t'y es presque.
I think you should post a ref so that people can see what this is more precisely. It could be more interesting if it were a bit like Bilal's style (the strange trails of smoke, the textures...). I know this is your view on the character, but that could seem like an excuse. I'm sure you can render the feathers and the beak better. The dull colour of the skin is reminiscent of Bilal, so you're almost there.
Ben je sais bien que c'est pas le style de Bilal, je vois pas pourquoi tu dis ça, j'ai pas voulu copier le style et j'ai pas fait le perso comme dans la bd, juste voulu le dessiner; je sais qu'il est noir, qu'il a pas cette tête etc mais j'ai juste fait à ma manière
