Be-e-eh... Really legs need some working. I can suggest a pose:

(I think proportions on the right are better, but maybe someone out there can give more accurate variant)

As for hand - concentrate on it's form (look at your own hand) and suggest a finger or two - when artist draws a smile, very rare he ill draw all the teeth.
