Depending on which software you're using... I have Photoshop, and you can check when you click "save for web" and then choose .gif  or .png and you can see how many colors it has.

*oh, and for the title did you mean to say "cherry blossom"?

7 not 50 ;-) Just thought I'd tell you, cause they probably weren't likely to let it through with that many colours...btw the slime is 15 not 50 as well xD
