dude fix that twitching arm, re-upload, and this will be an awesome sprite.  Until then, unfortunately, the arm twitching kinda ruins it.

I don't really like the pallete, and some parts of the animation are kinda funky. (and yeah I see some stary pixels too)

Cool! I like it. The arm is twitching though...kinda distracting.

I simply love the fire effect! the only thing i didn't like was the arm but other than that Great job

 Not perfect, but good work and the spirit of what you were trying to do comes through.  

Yeah... you better check those stray pixel and think about that trembling arm: looks quite unnatural...

Anyway it is a really nice sprite with a nice animation...

There's some stray white pixels around the wings.
