I like this piece and it shows you have a lot of potential.  There are some things I'd like to see fixed up a little, though :)  The first thing that bugs me is that it has very little contrast.  Try darkening the shadows and brightening up those highlights.  Actually, you'd be better off just adding more shadows; it's pretty light as it is. 

Also, her hair has no texture to indicate that it's hair.  It just looks like a blonde blob on her head.  I know it's a pain sometimes, but drawing out each strand (or at least a few) will really improve how she looks.

And the last thing I'll mention is the color you picked for her bikini.  It's a nice color, but it doesn't go well with her skintone.  It blends in too much, and makes it hard to tell where it stops and her skin starts.

Keep trying!  Everyone gets better with practice :)

realy nice , very well shaded for that small size but i think u should get rid of those eyes... better make them white or leave them completely, also i would prefer other panties over those california 80s style string... ^^... but thats just matter of taste
