The system font was just a matter of it being 1:45 am and having to get up for work at 6:30 am. Am I happy with the system font? God no, I'm sad I copped out with it. But I am glad my submission made it in this week at all since last week I was 5 minutes past the deadline for submission. I consider all this a lesson to stop putting entry work off until the evening of the cut-off time.
The idea is cool, however the System font doesn't look very good. I think something hand-pixeled would have suited the pic better.
This is a very original idea for this challenge.
Angel of the Great: Lately pixel joint has been distorting pixel art when you zoom in. I don't know why, but that is the reason for the colors on there that don't make sense. (which is why I think you question if he made the text himself. if that's not why then nvm.)
