very good, but u should rly reduce colors. I counted 42!!!....'_' ... i think it can easily be reduced to, like, 6 or so... anyways ... the sprite is rly well done  and recognizable

Its a little small. You did a good job though. With that size of a sprite it can be hard for it to have a good shape.
