Maybe you confused AA (anti-aliasing) and dithering?
You have a lot of dithering, in the suit. If the point was studying it, I guess it's a good start! It was not needed that much though, and it's also too evenly applied. It's good on the breasts if the armour is old, dull metal. It's not so good on the left shoulder, there is a lighting problem there anyway.
You have good 'selout' too (selective outline), so you don't need AA.
Maybe some research on armours could help you improve this one, it's not too convincing.
The eyes are excellent!
thanks >.< I just start pixeling about 1 month ago... >.< I really need pratice >.<,

Very cute character. It's always good to experiment and see what works and what doesn't, so no shame in trying! I think that the contrast is inconsistant with this piece. The hair is so soft compared to the shirt and armor. But keep it up!
Personally, I think this is a really well done piece! I don't really think the dithering is too excessive, just that the lighting seems to be coming for two different directions. Other than that, I like your character's design a lot, keep it up!
too much dithering. more consistent use of black might help also. some areas have higher contrast between shades than others, gives the pice a "frankenstein" look.
