Really cute! I know you've been working on this piece a lot, but I do have a little advice to give. The ears look very square and pretty unnatural. Maybe round them off a little, make the top of the ear reaching out a little further than the bottom. Otherwise, I think this is a really cute piece.
The flower (?) looks quite strange, otherwise a cute piece.
Thankyou so much for all your help. Your suggestions are golden. <3 I added a shade for the lips and managed to kill a shade in the skin so it evened out the colour count too. I hope you like the new version even more. : )

Man looks better. Maybe if you shaded the lips better and gave them a shine it would look better yet. Right now they are kind of like sasuages wrapped around her mouth hole.Real lips taper towards the tips on either end, they are not the same thickness all the way around. Also, in kids, their eyes are full grown yet the sockets are smaller so the iris takes up more space. Yours are almost totally exposed.

Thankyou for your advice on the nose. I hadn't noticed that untill you mentioned it. : )
Children usually have less of a bridge on their nose (it is more, "button" like). In yours, the bridge of the nose is very prominent. I like the hair, but I think the cheeks are too much. Looks like a possessed doll that would murder you in your sleep.
Also, maybe if you got rid of the dither pattern the skin would look smoother.
I changed my mind and tweaked the ears and eyebrows. : )
