A few issues:
Bg perspective is impossible.
I'm not sure if you intended the robot to look rusty, if so the color is not exactly right, and too even. Scratches and bumps should be more patchy, with highlights where metal shows through.
A very nicely lay out and overall compostion. 
The only thing I would comment on is the colours of the car. It's quite dark and the way it's rendered feels like he's sitting on something a little bit softer than metal (or it maybe it's just my crappy LCD..)
Good job. It feels like Ghost in the shell remixed style. Thumbs up!
Great piece. Like the pale colors and feeling of depth, although the green of the car doesn't seem quite right. And yes, 52 colors seem a bit much... but still, a really nice pic.
