I'm gonna' agree with Jalonso on this one as well. Even if you pixeled this, pixel by pixel, from scratch, you gotta' ask yourself, "what have I achieved by doing this?"...and the answer is nothing, other than nearly reproducing exactly what was already made by another user. I'm gonna' say no for this piece, and ask that you please submit ONLY your own work: ie, no edits, or rips of ANY sort...
***edit***wait, I'm confused, so this was a collab of sorts with Heinze's original pieces on another website?
Just caught the description and inspected yours to his. Far too many areas are exactly the same, me thinks. I understand refs, inspirations and the like. Here it seems too close. Almost all of the camouflage are pixelled the same.
I am leaving in the queue for other's input. I'm on the fence on this :\

Why are your pieces in Heinze 's art???
I can attest to the collab thing idea, being a mod on said Brazillian Pixel Art Forum (pixel paradise - it's this topic here, if you're willing to go through portuguese and check the cronological debut of the images). Heinze's chainsaw soldier sprites actually come later, and are distilling this one concept sprite into the four evolution stages - something Nightmare didn't - so that it would fit Heinze's project.
Actually, if you read Heinze's piece's description, he clearly says... " Second sprite of the third line made by Nightmare (Mat \o/)" - reffering to Nightmare Maker - while everything else is his. They also show more or less at the same time here on PJ because, yeah, they were made more or less at the same time.
So no rips here, no edits, just following the model proposed by earlier Heinze's soldiers (the bald guy in the cape) :)
