Personaly I think your George reminds me more of Newman
I think clothes for the one on the left look good but maybe the eyes for both don't seem right somehow. I don't know, good luck!

so, I'm drawing by what I think that is the most important characteristics,
and it is different for different people, imo.

bigger glasses and actually being able to see his eyes through them, making his jacket unbuttoned(it looks like he's attempting to be mr. rogers the way you have him dressed right now :V)

I just watched half of season 4 today. Seinfeld will never be beat, best sitcom evar. Awesome tribute.

I do believe though, some things could be emphasised a bit more. sorry i can't give examples, not got enough time to look at the pics ;]]
I love it, but Kramer does not look uh... Disheveled enough, but it still looks really good >:)
