I made this for a contest on a message board I often visit. The theme for the contest was 'patriotic'. This is what I managed to conjure.

 nice, but i dont like the way only on ehalf of his hat is sloped :S

Kind of a funky take on uncle sam yes?  You've got some good work here bt the beard looks detached from the face and the crotch area looks kind of wobbly.
