His arms and his legs arn't the same length they are out of proportion

Cool as ass...I like Venom...I think he is spiderman's best villian( probably one of the best villains in the Marvel Universe in my opinion). As for your work my good man, I gotta say that bear was el correcto about the anatomy thing. Venom is a buff "Focker" compared to spider man, so those skinny legs won't do him any justice. As for the shading, I really can't say much about that cuz I'm still slightly new too.

A good tip though, for drawing super heroes would be to draw them in still-motion. Not exactly an actual animation, but more of a suspended animation type thing. You know, dynamic poses actually help give a character personality along with their designs and costumes.

 Well, the emblem wasn't photoshoped per se, I just used the layers so I could tell where the muscles were and adjusted it accordingly. Paint is still my main homie in this :D Also, the green is his "saliva". Find a picture of venom and you'll see that almost each and every one of them features some amount of that green saliva. And that head is actually the wrong head. I got that comment before and made a bigger, better one. I'll have to re-upload it I guess...

anyways your lineart needs a little work, because his anatomy is really weird
your color choice isn't that good also, i think you chose really dark colors and pillow shaded which is a no-no, also i like the emblem but that was photoshop'd :\
you got some green colors on the tongue for some reason, and they are barely noticable, what are they doing there? the head is a little small compared to the body
