fingers and toes look a bit odd. eg. her left foot make her right toe the biggest. I like her head and hair though :)

There's no reason for you to censor your own piece...NO ONE asked you to do this. I'm really not sure who told you this, or why you felt the need to censor it...The only thing I asked about was the way in which the circle behind the character was worked. Color count still bothersome for my tastes, however. You've barely brought it down from about 117 colors, to now 108 colors. Not really a huge difference, to be honest. Also, I don't see a particular need for the white background...
No need for the X's to hide the naughty parts. PJ is pretty open minded when it comes to that. Simply place a nudity warning on the preview image and feel free to uncensor. 
The circle behind the doll with clothes looks like it had some sort of automatic dither/transparency effect done to it(not to mention, it looks as if it was saved as a separate entity, almost in jpeg format, even though it wasn't...just loses that handmade quality, however which way it was made...). Plus at 117 colors with a piece like this, it's easy to see that at the pixel level, control has been lost...sending back.
