Th dolphin head doesn't blend particularly well into the human parts but woah this is amazing art! The water, fire, skirt, muscle tone and dolphin head are especially fantastic - oh and those hands too. One of the best previews I've seen too!
Wow. My favourite part of the image is the bottom half. The way you've done the wheel and the water (and the refraction & tinting of the wheel through the water) is really inspirational.

I like it, but have some issues with the transition of the body & head. Also the water surface could be more differed from underwater area. But thats just nitpicking. I like the way this looks like a painting and the weiredness of it very much. Rocks.
